We underwent the project to help determine the principle direction of the company from hereout as well as advertisement and sales promotion. We suggested solidifying the direction of branding based of an analysis of the market and competition and re-think advertisement and the brands visual to re-define the charm of SUBNADE.A diverse city of Shinjuku. As SUBNADE has continued to support this idea, we started an advertisement campaign with the slogan ‘A story unique to Shinjuku’ campaign featuring the wide variety of loyal SUBNADE customers.

今後の方針を改めて整理し、広告宣伝、販促をしていきたいという課題に対し、”サブナードの魅力”を再定義するため、市場や競合などを分析の上でブランディングの方針を固め、広告やビジュアルについて再考することを提案。“新宿という街”の持つ多様性。それを支え続けるサブナードとして「新宿ならではのストーリーと。」と銘打ち、サブナードを愛用している多岐に渡る実際の人々を取り上げた広告展開を実施。
